The purchase price will be the one displayed at the time of selecting the product or service, and will expressly include the applicable VAT and, where applicable, shipping costs. Prices are set in euros unless expressly stated otherwise. The purchase contract is deemed concluded upon the customer’s acceptance. A confirmation email will then be sent with full details of the order, the reference number and the applicable legal conditions. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your SPAM folder or contact our customer service team.

Delivery timeframe

Products and services will be delivered on the first day of the Automotive Manufacturing Meeting 2025 trade fair, i.e. 21 October 2025. Digital services will be made available to the customer at an earlier date, as agreed with the customer.

Delivery costs

Early cancellation of an order

a) Cancellation by Absolute Experiencias de Comunicación, S.L.

Cancellation may occur if the product is out of stock — in which case the customer will be contacted and may choose between a refund or alternative products of equal or better quality — or if there are insufficient funds to complete the payment.

b) Cancellation by the customer

Cancellation must always be requested after order confirmation and before the physical dispatch of the product. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation, using the same payment method originally used.

2. Right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, the customer may return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to provide any reason and without any penalty.

In the case of multiple products ordered in the same order and delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the date of receipt of the last item.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Simply contact our customer service team using the details provided on our website. You may also download the withdrawal form and send it to us together with the product.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received and verified the condition of the goods. Once received, we will refund all payments made — including standard delivery costs — within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Return costs

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, among others:

  2. Goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
  4. Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  5. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  6. Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  7. Contracts concluded at public auction.
  8. The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance began with the consumer’s express prior consent and acknowledgement that they would thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

If you receive a defective product, you may exercise your return rights as described above. Complaints can be submitted to amm2025@absolute.es.

Warranty

The customer benefits from a legal guarantee of three years from the date of purchase, as indicated on the invoice or receipt. Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity appearing within the first two years of delivery will be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

To remedy a lack of conformity, the customer may choose between repair or replacement, unless one of these options is impossible or disproportionately costly. These remedies will be provided free of charge and within a reasonable timeframe.

The customer may also request a price reduction or contract termination where the legally established conditions are met.

Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) must not be disposed of in domestic waste containers or in public spaces. Upon purchasing an EEE product, the customer may return an equivalent item of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) at the point of delivery, or request collection from their address through our customer service team.

The language of this contract is Spanish.

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be declared null and void by final court ruling, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
